Fair usage, in plain words.

The free tier is built for small businesses: a shop, a café, a gym, a practice, a handful of screens you want to keep current without hassle.

Larger businesses are welcome too, but the free tier is meant as a testing period - a way to trial the platform before committing. It is not intended for permanent, large-scale production use on the free plan. If that is you, get in touch and we will find the right fit.

We wholeheartedly support small businesses and startups. If the free tier does not quite fit what you are building, message us - we will gladly find more options for you.

• One organisation per account. The free tier is for your own screens, not for reselling or running signage on behalf of third parties.
• Standard signage playback. Images, video and playlists on your screens, not continuous large-file streaming or general file hosting.
• Reasonable use. Use the platform the way a small business runs a few screens. If usage looks far outside that, we will talk to you first.

We have not set fixed storage or bandwidth limits yet. As the platform grows we will establish sensible limits and communicate them clearly before they take effect. Until then, please keep usage reasonable for a small screen network.

When your free period is up - a year on a single screen, or 6 months on two - or when you add your third screen, you move to the per-screen plan - €19 per screen a month, net of VAT, and the rate comes down as your network grows. If you are a charity or an organisation working for social good - supporting veterans, people with disabilities and similar causes - message us and we will gladly find a solution. Tell us how many screens and locations you run and we will set you up with the right fit; nothing about your account changes until you have chosen a plan.

We will always contact you first. Nothing gets throttled or cut off without a conversation, so you are never surprised.
