For marketing teams

Make every other channel cheaper.

Your ad spend buys impressions, scattered across whoever the auction finds that day. We sell what ad platforms cannot: the same chosen buyers, seeing your name every working day for a quarter. Then your search, outbound and paid social land on people who already know you.

The numbers

Familiarity is the cheapest lever in your CAC model

  • 6x

cheaper per lead when the buyer searches your name instead of your category.

Pipe Rocket Digital, 65+ B2B SaaS Google Ads accounts, 2024 to 2026

  • 300

of 2,000 chosen buyers reach four noticed touches on LinkedIn at €5,000 a month. On the screens in their buildings: all 2,000.

Same noticing logic applied to both

  • ~100k

euro a quarter is what LinkedIn would need to reach all 2,000 of them four times. A quarter on the screens costs a small fraction of that.

How it works

Pick the buildings, not the audience segment

  1. Targeting

    Choose rooms, not interests

We match your ideal customer to the coworking spaces and office buildings where they actually work: founder campuses, fintech and software scale-up buildings, advisory and finance addresses.

  2. Delivery

    Guaranteed repetition

Your 15 to 20 second spot runs at least twice an hour, every working day for three months. About 60 noticed showings per person. Unskippable, no ad blockers, no auction.

  3. Effect

    Your other channels convert better

More people search your name instead of your category. Outbound gets picked up. Retargeting and paid social land on people who already know who you are.

What you get

Media, with proof of every play

  • Building-level targeting: you choose the exact coworking spaces and office buildings, from 82 in the network.

  • Proof of play from day one: every play, on every screen, in every building.

  • Live within 24 hours of your approved creative. No creative yet? We can produce it for you.

  • Optional company map: businesses that publicly give your pilot buildings as their address. A starting point for ABM and outbound, not a guarantee of who sits where.

Questions marketers ask

Straight answers

How do I attribute this without clicks?

Not by last touch: it will never win that, and it is not meant to. Measure it as a line that lowers the cost of your other lines. You get proof of play from day one. In your own systems, watch brand search volume and outbound reply rates over the quarter, ask prospects on first calls whether they have seen you, and put a promo code in the spot.

Where does it sit in my CAC model?

Upstream. It creates the familiarity that makes search, outbound and retargeting cheaper per customer. If your category is already searched and clicks are cheap, run search first. Screens are for becoming the name people search for.

What does it cost?

Pilots are quoted per building mix and run for three months. For scale: reaching the same 2,000 people four times through LinkedIn would take about €100,000 a quarter. A quarter on the screens in their buildings costs a small fraction of that.

Where does the "noticed" figure come from?

For feed ads, published attention research: about half of impressions are viewable, and about a third of those get eyes on them. For screens, our own stated assumption: one play in ten noticed by a member on site. The comparison still favours the screens at one in twenty.

When is this the wrong fit?

If you need to switch spend on and off weekly, need national reach next month, or earn under about €500 a year per customer.

Tell us your ideal customer. We will tell you which buildings they work in.

Twenty minutes. We will show you which buildings hold your buyers, how many of them there are, and how the screens fit with your other channels.

LinkedIn figures: €5,000 a month for three months at a narrowed B2B CPM of about €110, about one served impression in six noticed, spread over a 40,000-person audience. Showings per person: at least two plays an hour, six hours on site, eighteen days a month, one play in ten noticed. Acme is illustrative.
