For sales teams

Your prospects should know your name before you dial.

Your brand on the screens in the buildings where your prospects work, every working day for a quarter. Your reps stop being strangers. Then prospects start calling them.

Why reps lose before they start

The deal is decided before the first call

  • 90%

of B2B purchases go to a vendor the buyer already had in mind before they started looking.

Bain and Google, about 1,200 B2B buyers

  • 3-5

encounters with your name before it means anything to a buyer. One impression is forgotten by lunch.

Range recurring across B2B buying research

  • 300

of 2,000 chosen prospects see a LinkedIn ad four times on €5,000 a month, and you do not pick which 300. On the screens in their building: all 2,000.

    Our model, published attention rates

How it works

Screen first, phone second, then they call you

  1. Day 1

    We pick the buildings

We match your customer to the buildings that hold them. Optional: a map of companies that publicly list those addresses.

  2. Weeks 1 to 6

    Your name, every day

Your 15 to 20 second spot runs in their lobby, kitchen and lounge, at least twice an hour. About 60 noticed showings per person over the quarter.

  3. From week 6

    Your reps call

Same reps, same script, warm line. Calling businesses is lawful in Germany; cold email is not.

  4. Month 3

    They call you

Prospects call your team and book demos themselves. Your reps answer instead of chase.

What you get

A warmed-up territory, with proof of every play

  • Hand-picked buildings matched to your target customer, from 82 coworking spaces and office buildings.

  • Proof of play from day one: every play, on every screen, in every building.

  • Live within 24 hours of your approved creative. No creative yet? We can produce it for you.

  • Optional company map: businesses that publicly give your pilot buildings as their address. A starting point for your call list, not a guarantee of who sits where.

Questions sales leaders ask

Straight answers

How will I know it worked?

Two ways, from day one. First, proof of play: you see every play of your spot, on every screen, in every building. Second, ask every prospect on the first call: "Have you come across us?" Track how many say yes as the weeks go on. Add a promo code to the spot, and ask every new customer which office they work from.

Is calling these companies legal?

In Germany, calling a business whose line of work fits your offer is allowed under presumed consent (Section 7 UWG). Cold email and cold LinkedIn messages need prior express consent. So the phone is the channel, and the screen is what makes it work. General information, not legal advice.

What does it cost?

Pilots are quoted per building mix and run for three months. For scale: a quarter in five buildings costs less than two months of one sales development rep, and it makes every one of their calls land better.

Who is in these buildings?

Founders and small technical teams on startup campuses, fintech and software teams of 10 to 60 in scale-up buildings, and finance, legal and advisory firms in business centres. We match buildings to your customer and tell you which ones we would not put you in.

When is this the wrong fit?

If you have no outbound and no plan to start, if your buyers do not work in offices, or if you need results this week. Recognition takes a quarter to build.

Tell us who you sell to. We will tell you which buildings they are in.

Twenty minutes. Bring your target customer. We will show you which buildings hold your prospects, roughly how many there are, and whether this is the right spend for your team.

LinkedIn figure: €5,000 a month for three months at a narrowed B2B CPM of about €110, about one served impression in six noticed, spread over a 40,000-person audience. Showings per person: at least two plays an hour, six hours on site, eighteen days a month, one play in ten noticed. Sales development rep cost: a loaded salary of about €6,800 a month.
