What happens if my internet drops?
Nothing visible. Your content is stored on the screen and keeps playing. When the connection returns, the screen syncs itself.
How does billing work?
Per screen. One screen is EUR 19 a month, whatever it runs on, and the rate comes down as you add screens across the account. Paid plans start at 3 screens per location; below that the free tier covers one screen for a year, or two screens for 6 months. All figures are net of VAT.
Is there a contract?
On screens you already own, no - start free with no card and cancel when you like. A screen we supply and install runs on a 12 or 18-month term: the EUR 200 all-in price is the 18-month rate, shorter terms cost a little more, and it is always spelled out in your offer before you commit.
Who owns the hardware?
Your choice. Run it on screens you already own and pay €19 per screen a month for the software. Or we supply a commercial-grade screen: all-in from €200 a month - the TV, the software and support in one price, with monitoring and replacement included - or buy the display outright and run it on the per-screen plan. Either way you get one clear number with your offer.
Do I need a designer?
No. Changing text or photos takes three clicks, and the slides you already have - PowerPoint or Google Slides - can go straight to the screen. Want more polish? Content Production Support starts at €69 per video.
What does installation cost?
It depends on your walls, not on a price list - from plug-in-yourself (free, everything arrives pre-configured) to multi-screen mounting. You get one number with your offer, before you commit.
